Hi Janet,
Well done! I could only wish that more of your fellow countrymen and -women follow your example and get things DONE at the grassroots level instead of relying on political ‘decisions’.
All the best for the future,
Bill

Thanks, Bill, for your kind words. You’re so right about getting involved at the “grassroots” level.
Margaret Mead’s famous quote sums it up very well: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
May other parents and states be inspired to raise the standards of eye care for all children.

40 years ago we went through no testing of any kind. It is good to see that someone wants to change the way things have been for far too long.

Thanks, Janet…a long time since I viewed that and look how far you have helped advance eye care for children in this state.
I love the quote from Margaret Meade: “Never doubt a small group of committed individuals can change the world, indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
Keep working hard!
Best Wishes,
Pamela
